We provide a free initial consultation to understand your needs. Following that, we offer a detailed preliminary estimate. For complex projects, we may recommend a pre-construction agreement to develop comprehensive plans and precise budgeting.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, IronPeak Construction is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We carry General Liability and Workers' Compensation insurance to protect our clients, our team, and your property.

What is your typical project timeline?

Timelines vary greatly depending on the scope. A bathroom remodel might take 3-4 weeks, while a custom home can take 8-12 months. We provide a detailed schedule before work begins and keep you updated weekly.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Absolutely. We handle the entire permitting process, from submission to approval, and coordinate all necessary inspections throughout the construction phases.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?

Yes, we offer a standard 1-year workmanship warranty on all projects, in addition to manufacturer warranties on materials installed. Extended warranties are available for certain structural elements.
